- Champion foresight methodologies across the organization through workshops, reports, and executive briefings
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Present future scenarios to executive teams and boards to drive decision-making
- Mentor junior strategists and build the organization's futures capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep understanding of disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
