- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D roadmaps
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing accurate predictive models for 2025+ scenarios
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
