Responsibilities
- Lead the Architectural Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for 2026, focusing on AI, edge computing, and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies that align with the company's long-term vision.
- System Scalability: Oversee the design and migration of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all new tech implementations adhere to rigorous security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system engineering, or technology strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
