Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain large volumes of sensitive data across multiple platforms
- Perform daily reconciliation of data discrepancies with precision and attention to detail
- Utilize proprietary software to ensure 99.9% data accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies and optimize workflows
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports with actionable insights
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Implement continuous process improvements to enhance data efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management systems
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with zero errors in timed assessments
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving data irregularities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (FERPA, CCPA) preferred
- Associates degree in Information Systems or related field required
