Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive 3-5 year strategic plan that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry shifts, emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing), and competitive landscapes to anticipate disruptions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure strategic alignment and successful deployment of new initiatives.
- Roadmap Development: Translate high-level strategic objectives into concrete, time-bound roadmaps with clear KPIs and success metrics.
- Financial Forecasting: Work closely with finance to model financial scenarios, manage budget allocation for strategic projects, and ensure ROI.

Qualifications
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change and mentoring high-performing teams.
