Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of the Project 2026 roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams on long-term goals.
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) expected to mature by 2026.
- Develop comprehensive competitive analysis reports focusing on the projected market landscape of 2026.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into current development cycles.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the C-Suite and Board of Directors detailing 2026 readiness metrics.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 transition strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or high-level technology management.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
