Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain high-volume data across multiple digital platforms
- Ensure 99.9% accuracy in all data entry tasks with daily quality audits
- Process confidential documents while adhering to strict HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Collaborate with day-team via digital handover systems for seamless workflow
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in monthly training to enhance technical skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry role
- Proven accuracy rate of 99.5%+ in previous positions
- Proficiency in 10-key typing (8,000+ KPH) with minimal errors

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
