Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into our centralized database systems.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure data integrity and error-free reporting.
- Resolve data discrepancies by investigating source documents and cross-referencing information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of digital and physical records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
