Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct daily operations during evening shifts to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates and logistics personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently to maintain high service levels.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock rotation.
- Conduct shift briefings, performance reviews, and team building activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory, customer service, or logistics role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on team leadership.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
