Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer menu-related questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Upsell products and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure the dining area and service stations are clean and well-stocked.
- Cash out checks accurately and process various payment methods.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate.
