Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house operations during evening and weekend shifts
- Coordinate staff schedules and task assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure service excellence
- Maintain inventory and operational standards
- Train new team members on service protocols
- Process transactions and manage POS systems
Qualifications
- Availability for evenings (4 PM-12 AM) and weekends
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid food handler certification (preferred)
