Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues when needed
- Collaborate with team members for seamless operations
- Complete nightly closing procedures and reports
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible evening and night shifts (4-12 hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
