Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, warm, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Present menus, answer questions regarding ingredients and preparation, and make informed recommendations.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and process payments promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and resolve any guest concerns immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and food pairings is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for accurate tipping and payment processing.
