Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating arrangement efficiently.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver orders to the correct tables and ensure timely service.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tables, and service areas.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and tips.
- Food Handler's certification (preferred).
