Responsibilities
- Delight guests with warm, personalized service during evening and weekend operations
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain pristine facility standards and ensure cleanliness throughout all guest areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS technology
