Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and server-side technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve load times, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate wireframes into high-quality code and ensure seamless integration.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and documentation to maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with React or Vue.js, and Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
