Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable front-end and back-end architectures for web applications.
- Optimization: Enhance application performance, security, and SEO ranking to maximize user acquisition and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure maintainability of the codebase.
- Mentorship: Lead, coach, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines and rigorous testing protocols to ensure smooth deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
