Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems using WMS software and RF scanners
- Oversee order fulfillment processes for high-volume retail and e-commerce clients
- Train and mentor junior warehouse staff on operational procedures
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Experience leading teams of 5+ warehouse associates
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
