Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to transport goods efficiently
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for rapid fulfillment
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain OSHA compliance and 5S workplace organization standards
- Lead team training sessions on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse or logistics experience in high-volume environments
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Forklift and pallet jack operation expertise
- Basic math and data entry abilities
