Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
- Design and implement highly available, distributed systems using microservices and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring to ensure code quality and promote best practices across the engineering team.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle through rigorous testing and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Security, and Data Science, to integrate complex systems seamlessly.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in designing and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of shipping high-quality products.
