Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning models and data pipelines using Python and modern cloud technologies.
- Model Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune models for production deployment, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish best practices for software engineering and data governance.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and user experience.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply cutting-edge techniques to our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
