Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (e.g., Python, Go, React).
- Lead the architecture and implementation of new features, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Operations) to define technical requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Identify technical debt and drive refactoring efforts to improve system maintainability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong track record of shipping production-ready applications.
- Deep expertise in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
