Responsibilities
- Design and architect robust, scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Operations.
- Identify technical debt and implement strategies for modernization and optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies and frameworks for adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
