Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation.
- Provide expert recommendations on our extensive wine, beer, and cocktail lists.
- Maintain a pristine dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, balancing drawers at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to resolve any guest concerns or special requests immediately.
- Upsell products to enhance the guest experience and contribute to team revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and standard drink recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods while maintaining high energy.
- Flexibility to work both full-time and part-time schedules as needed.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (TABC) or equivalent is preferred.
