Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Present menus, answer detailed inquiries, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure all items are prepared to perfection.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including resetting tables and cleaning service stations.
- Cash out guests accurately and process payments securely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; physical stamina is required.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Point of Sale) is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
