- Engage customers on social media and digital platforms
- Participate in monthly virtual tastings and team events
- Track inventory and suggest product improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional barista experience or equivalent coffee expertise
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
