Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Technical Audits: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site architecture issues, and Core Web Vitals opportunities.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure high-quality, keyword-optimized content that resonates with target audiences and meets search intent.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and algorithm updates to proactively adjust strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party tools to track performance metrics and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Link Building: Lead outreach efforts to secure high-quality backlinks and build a robust domain authority profile.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions).
- Tools: Expertise in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Schema markup generators.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, English, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical teams.
- Soft Skills: Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
