Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement remediation strategies to improve site health and crawlability.
- Develop and execute high-level content strategies that align with user intent and search engine algorithms.
- Lead off-page SEO initiatives, including outreach, link building, and authority building campaigns.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party tools to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
- Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to proactively adjust our strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of increasing organic traffic and rankings.
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site speed optimization principles.
- Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
