Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable React component architectures using modern patterns and best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in rendering and network latency, implementing optimizations to ensure lightning-fast load times and smooth interactions.
- Lead Development: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to strict coding standards and governance.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver pixel-perfect features.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices to elevate the entire team's output.
- Testing & QA: Establish and maintain comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure product reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with React.js, including in-depth knowledge of the React ecosystem.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or MobX).
- Build Tools: Strong experience with bundlers (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, yarn, pnpm).
- Frameworks: Experience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworks is highly desirable.
- Testing: Demonstrated experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans.
