Job Description
We are on the cusp of a technological singularity. Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior Quantum-Ready Systems Architect to lead the architectural evolution of our next-generation infrastructure. In this pivotal 2026 role, you will bridge the gap between classical silicon computing and the emerging quantum era.
You will design scalable systems that are not just ready for tomorrow, but built for the quantum leap ahead. Join us in shaping the digital frontier and defining the standards of tomorrow's computing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid classical-quantum system architectures for high-scale applications.
- Optimize data pipelines to ensure resilience against quantum decoherence and error correction.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge quantum algorithms into production environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for post-silicon computing infrastructure.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging quantum technologies and their integration into legacy systems.
- Mentor a team of engineers in emerging quantum technologies and advanced computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with a focus on scalability and high-performance computing.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil) or equivalent simulation tools.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
