Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum machine learning models using frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq.
- Lead research initiatives to advance the state-of-the-art in quantum neural networks.
- Optimize algorithms for near-term quantum processors (NISQ) to maximize performance.
- Mentor a team of junior researchers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Translate complex research findings into deployable, production-grade software solutions.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to align software capabilities with emerging quantum hardware.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or software engineering.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/Quantum conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, PennyLane) and cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket).
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams.
