Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level architecture for hybrid Quantum-Classical AI systems.
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to optimize machine learning models and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the integration of quantum processors into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of junior architects and data scientists on best practices for quantum computing.
- Conduct research into quantum error correction and noise mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical quantum solutions.
- Stay ahead of global trends in quantum computing to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and programming languages (Python, C++).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex quantum circuit issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes R&D environment.
