We are seeking a visionary Senior Neural Architect to lead our core model development team.
Project 2026 represents the pinnacle of adaptive intelligence. As a Senior Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical deep learning and real-world deployment at scale. You will work in a high-performance, collaborative environment where ambiguity is the only constant and innovation is the only metric.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale neural networks for Project 2026.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for edge and cloud deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Security, Product) to define technical requirements.
- Pioneering research into novel transformer architectures and reinforcement learning paradigms.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure data privacy and ethical AI compliance in all model outputs.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in deep learning, specifically with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models handling >100M requests/day.
- Expertise in distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Ray) is highly preferred.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience in the fintech or healthcare sectors is a plus.
