Responsibilities
- Manage digital resource platforms and implement emerging technology solutions
- Lead specialized reference services for research and community inquiries
- Coordinate outreach programs underserved populations and literacy initiatives
- Supervise daily operations including circulation, acquisitions, and cataloging
- Develop and deliver specialized training for staff and volunteers
- Analyze usage data to optimize collection development and space utilization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Library Science (MLS) from ALA-accredited institution
- 3+ years progressive library experience with demonstrated leadership
- Advanced proficiency in integrated library systems (ILS) and digital archives
- Expertise in metadata standards and digital preservation techniques
- Experience managing grant-funded projects and community partnerships
- FL certification as a Library Media Specialist preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish required
