Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or proven track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural architecture, and decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ engineers
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
