Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic forecasts for emerging technologies (2026-2031) through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports published in industry journals and executive briefings
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on technology adoption timelines and competitive positioning
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists using our proprietary FutureSight methodology
- Identify and analyze disruptive technologies across quantum, AR/VR, and synthetic biology domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
