Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product, marketing, and operations divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
