Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for the 2026 project horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and analyzing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce actionable scenario-planning reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge trend forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors with compelling data visualization
- Monitor global socio-technological shifts and competitive landscapes for strategic adaptation
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-focused culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (climate tech, AI ethics, demographic shifts)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner Network)
