Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and innovation roadmaps for board presentation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech validation
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence system
- Quantify future market impacts through predictive modeling and risk assessment protocols
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario development frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience leading cross-organizational strategy in tech or biotech sectors
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
