Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains to identify disruptive forces for 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks, scenario planning models, and innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights and align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations translating complex futures into actionable priorities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed foresight into R&D pipelines and product lifecycles
- Establish thought leadership through published research, speaking engagements, and industry collaborations
- Mentor junior strategists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, innovation management, or related foresight role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations
- Experience working with C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning platforms, Delphi methods, systems modeling)
