Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior futurists on advanced research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong background in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology impact assessments
