- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive innovations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and curate emerging tech databases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
