Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies for strategic partnerships
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for future-facing product development
- Present future outlooks at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven experience developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Demonstrated success influencing C-level decision-making with future insights
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership
