Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging societal and technological disruptions
- Advise R&D teams on next-generation product development pipelines
- Build strategic partnerships with academic and innovation ecosystems
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategies
- Strong quantitative modeling and data visualization skills
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., PESTLE analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published future-focused research preferred
