Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for technology adoption
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) and business implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board members
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for investors and stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market needs
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional foresight networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar credential preferred
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology disruption
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
