Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global technology, economic, and social trends through 2026+ using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that integrate AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability paradigms
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive business models and market entry strategies
- Present executive briefings and scenario planning reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embed future-readiness principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurism at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic impact modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AGI, Web4.0, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, keynotes)
