Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment priorities, and our 2026 innovation blueprint.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that translate emerging technologies into commercial opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive threats and first-mover advantages
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive briefings on future industry landscapes
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curve modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
