- Design and manage horizon scanning methodologies using AI-powered tools
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and major conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and weak signal detection
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
