Responsibilities

- Develop future-ready strategic roadmaps for product development, market expansion, and operational transformation
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and build organizational resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate exponential technologies and disruptive business models
- Present insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation or thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) preferred
