Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions (minimum viable futures)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and innovation hubs to capture cutting-edge research
- Create compelling future-state narratives that inspire organizational transformation
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Present foresight frameworks at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation roles with proven futurist track record
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in AI, blockchain, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams through ambiguous challenges
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., CES, Singularity Summit)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
